    No matter what your business, industry or profession, quality is a paramount concern.  What is an effective quality management system?  How can one be developed?  Can other business needs be met with the same systems and procedures?

    The Roster Network has developed a unique approach to quality.  Quality should not be limited to the customer's acceptance of a particular product or service.  Quality should be an overall goal of everyone in the organization, whether they are directly or indirectly involved in the production or delivery of a particular product or service.  If this approach is taken, efficiency and profitability will increase the overall performance and competitiveness of the organization.
