Schedule Orientation and Project launch meeting with client staff and key supervisors and conduct essential workshops or simulations to train and educate staff on issues and requirements of documentation; e.g., profitability management, activity based management, ISO 9000, Medicare - Medicaid compliance, etc. and the process that will be used.  1-1.5 days.
