Notes on use of Systems and Procedures Documentation Plus
1. Systems and Procedures Documentation Plus is designed for use in facilitating a wide variety of solutions for clients, including Activity Based Management, Profitability Improvement, Quality Management, ISO/QS 9000, Medicare-Medicaid Compliance, other 3rd Party Registration or Compliance, Transition and Change Management and Organizational or Process Development or Improvement. The essence of Systems and Procedures Documentation Plus is gathering and documenting information on what people do and how they do it. It is anticipated that the Facilitator will add the necessary issue-specific training, expertise, simulations and workshops that are generically referred to throughout this Checklist. Facilitators should not, however, attempt to write the documentation for the clients. It is essential that the persons using the documentation that is generated by this process take ownership of the documentation and that it be readily understood by all. The process provides ample opportunity to review, suggest and edit, but the Facilitator should not impose his or her views or judgment on those of the workshop participants.
2. "Client" refers to the Client's staff and the "Client Contact" as established by the procedure.
3. "Facilitator" refers to the Roster Network Member performing the facilitation.
4. "Administrator" refers to Roster Network or the Roster Network member with a PerformanceWare system administering the project.
